Sunday League team returns for the 2026/27 season

KDR is delighted to announce the launch of a new Open Age Sunday team for the 2026/27 season, competing in Division 2 of the York Sunday League.

We are pleased to welcome Phil Scholes as the team’s manager. Phil has been a valued member of the junior set up for many years. His commitment to grassroots football and his passion for the club make him the perfect person to lead this exciting new chapter for KDR.

The formation of a Sunday side marks a significant milestone for the club, bringing Open Age Sunday football back to Kirk Deighton Rangers after many years. We are excited to provide a pathway for players looking to continue their football journey within a friendly, ambitious and community-focused club.
